What We offer

Reboot Program: Full-Time Team Dynamics Support

This program focuses on working with all staffing teams to foster collaboration, bridge communication gaps, and align goals to support a cohesive, thriving school community.

 

How It Works:

Over 9 weeks, each team receives 3 workshops. In addition, we provide on-site observation and tailored feedback to ensure the changes are practical and impactful.

Program Highlights:

  • Schoolwide Support: Designed to include all staffing teams—teachers, administrators, and support staff—ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

  • Workshops for Every Team: Each team participates in 3 workshops over the program, addressing communication, conflict resolution, and collaborative goal-setting.

  • On-Site Observation: Regular in-person observations and assessments allow for personalized feedback and actionable strategies.

  • Custom Solutions: Tailored strategies align administrative goals with the strengths and needs of your staff to create sustainable improvements.

Service Tiers

  • ​Small Schools (Up to 5 Teams):

    • 15 workshops (3 per team)

    • 12 hours of on-site observation across all teams

  • Medium Schools (Up to 10 Teams):

    • 30 workshops (3 per team)

    • 20 hours of on-site observation

  • Large Schools (Up to 15 or 20 Teams):​

    • 45-60 workshops

    • 30-40 hours of observation tailored to your school’s priorities

Our workshops are designed to seamlessly integrate into the tasks and skills teachers are already working to accomplish while adding a therapeutic layer of support.

    • Customized materials and progress monitoring for meaningful growth.

  • Enterprise​

    • Comprehensive, schoolwide support for up to 12 sessions.

    • Includes pre-implementation planning with leadership.

    • Flexible scheduling to meet school priorities and ongoing consultation.

Hi, I’m Raya Belton, Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate and Founder of Stellar Life Therapy. With an extensive background in K-12 Education and Marriage and Family Therapy, I uniquely blend educational expertise and emotional wellness strategies to help schools and their staff flourish.

 

My mission is to equip educators with the tools they need to overcome challenges, build stronger relationships, and create sustainable, productive team dynamics.

 

Having worked as an educator in a variety of educational settings, I deeply understand the complexities of teaching and teamwork in a school environment. I bring both personal experience and evidence-based strategies to create an approach that is both practical and impactful for your team.
