What makes The Stellar Community different from other providers? The Stellar Community isn’t your typical therapy practice—it’s a modern support hub built to help adults, parents, couples, and educators feel grounded, organized, and empowered. We combine emotional wellness, practical life coaching, and flexible support services to meet people where they are—not just in crisis, but in life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, parenting stress, relationship tension, or just feeling stuck, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence. Our virtual therapy sessions are designed to feel like guided life coaching—supportive, relatable, and action-oriented. We also offer tutoring services to help children close learning gaps with encouragement, and Errand Ease for parents who need a moment to recharge while their little ones enjoy safe, structured care. At The Stellar Community, you’re not just signing up for therapy or a service—you’re stepping into a space where modern life gets the support it deserves. This is therapy that fits real life. 🌱
-
Why should I join the community?Because life’s easier when you have real, relatable support. The Stellar Community offers practical, judgment-free guidance to help you move through life with more clarity, structure, and confidence. Whether you’re a parent needing mental space, an educator seeking support, a couple craving connection, or an individual wanting to get unstuck, we help you build forward momentum—without adding pressure or shame. Here, you’ll find a modern, approachable therapy experience that fits into real life. Our weekly virtual sessions feel more like therapeutic life coaching—focused on organizing your mind, calming the chaos, and helping you follow through on what matters most. Locally, we also offer tutoring support for kids and Errand Ease—drop-off care so parents can recharge. Joining The Stellar Community means you’re not just signing up for a service—you’re choosing to invest in your peace, your growth, and your future. 💫
-
What can I expect during the free first session? The free session is a no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other. You’ll share what’s going on, I’ll offer insights and tools, and we’ll decide together if weekly sessions feel like the right fit.
-
I’ve never done therapy before—will this feel overwhelming? Not at all. This isn’t clinical or stiff—it’s real talk with someone who gets it. We go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. Think of it as personal development with a trained, supportive guide.
-
What kind of topics do you cover? We focus on real-life challenges like life organization, burnout, decision fatigue, communication, boundaries, self-confidence, and relationship dynamics—but this is just a starting point. Sessions are open-ended and tailored to what you need week to week. We’ll often explore your past to understand the patterns and programming shaping how you operate today, so you can move forward with more intention and clarity. However, I do not provide crisis intervention or deep trauma work. If that’s your starting point, I have trusted referral resources to support you before beginning this type of work.
-
Is this traditional therapy or something different? It’s not traditional therapy—it’s modern, relatable support that feels more like therapeutic life coaching. You won’t find a couch and silence while you talk through your week. Instead, you’ll find structure, strategy, and someone who helps you think clearly, feel supported, and take action. Each session blends emotional insight with practical tools—things like identifying mental blocks, shifting unhelpful patterns, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and organizing the chaos of everyday life. We may talk through your thoughts and feelings, but we’ll also build real plans and problem-solve together. This work is collaborative, conversational, and future-focused. My role is to guide, reflect, and offer tools you can actually use—not to analyze you from a distance. You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m just here to help you navigate with confidence.
-
How much does it cost, and do you take insurance?Sessions are $50 each, with the first one completely free. We do not accept insurance, but our affordable flat rate makes it easy to invest in your growth without the paperwork.
-
Will I be leaving my child, or do I stay?Errand Ease is a drop-off program designed to give parents a break. You’ll leave your child in our care from 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM while you run errands, work, or recharge. Our licensed space is set up to feel safe, welcoming, and fun—so your child stays busy while you take time for yourself.
-
What if my child struggles with separation? Our staff is trained to support a smooth transition and provide the right strategies to help calm your child's nervous system. Even if they’re still feeling sad about the separation, we are equipped to offer comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate techniques to help them feel safe and settled. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where they can engage, explore, and build confidence while you take care of your day.
-
What if I need to pick up my child early? No problem! You’re always welcome to pick up early if something comes up. We just ask that you send us a quick text so we can help your child prepare for a smooth transition. Our goal is always to keep the experience positive and flexible.
-
Are you a licensed childcare facility?Yes! Errand Ease operates as a fully licensed childcare program. That means we follow all official safety, supervision, and health guidelines to ensure your child is cared for in a secure and professional environment. You can feel confident knowing your little one is in great hands while you're away.
-
How is this different from hiring a babysitter or using a daycare?Errand Ease isn’t just childcare—it’s a structured, play-based experience in a licensed setting with a focus on social-emotional learning, creativity, and routine. Unlike babysitting, your child gets to engage in themed activities, guided play, and peer interaction in a safe and enriching environment. And unlike full-day daycare, it’s flexible, affordable, and designed to support both you and your child during a short, meaningful part of the day.
-
What makes Stellar Tutoring different from other programs?Unlike basic homework help or tutoring centers, Stellar Tutoring is fully customized to your child’s academic needs and learning style. Sessions are designed by a certified teacher and therapist, combining educational expertise with emotional insight to close learning gaps and boost academic confidence at the same time.
-
My child struggles with confidence—can this really help?Absolutely. As a therapist, I understand how anxiety, self-doubt, and past academic experiences impact learning. Each session is designed to be positive, encouraging, and skill-building. We don’t just work on what your child needs to learn—we help them believe they can learn it.
-
Do you follow a specific curriculum? We don’t use a one-size-fits-all curriculum—instead, we align with Texas Education Standards and tailor instruction to your child’s strengths and areas for growth. That means every session is designed just for them, not a pre-made workbook.
-
Do you offer homework help?At the beginning of our tutoring process, we focus on closing gaps and strengthening your child’s foundational skills with our in-house curriculum. This ensures a solid understanding of core concepts before tackling school assignments. Once the foundation is secure, we can gradually incorporate homework help to align with their schoolwork and further support their academic growth. Our goal is to build lasting skills, not just get through homework.
-
Is the price worth the investment?Yes—because this isn’t just tutoring, it’s transformation. At Stellar Tutoring, your child gets personalized, one-on-one support from a therapist and certified teacher who understands both how kids learn and how they build confidence. We don’t just review homework—we close learning gaps, strengthen foundational skills, and help your child feel capable and proud of their progress. The growth you’ll see isn’t just academic—it’s personal, and it lasts far beyond the session.
